Our cancellation policy is strict and non-negotiable. Please adhere to the following terms:
1. Passengers may cancel their booking within 1 hour of reservation. After 1 hour, cancellation is not allowed and the cancellation policy applies.
2. If the driver is late beyond the scheduled time, and proof (chat screenshot or call record) shows a delay of more than 20 minutes of the scheduled time, the passenger may cancel and claim 2% of the fare as compensation.
3. If the passenger is more than 10 minutes late, fails to show up, or the driver cannot contact them, the driver may cancel the ride. In this case, 20% of the fare will be refunded, regardless of the total amount.
4. An additional €0.15 per minute will be charged for driver waiting time, only after the driver agrees to wait. This rule applies to all European airports.
5. Refunds for payments made online by the passenger will be processed within 4 business days.
